Collect, assemble and submit to the FHWA all data necessary for programming of Federal Aid projects in accordance with guidelines established by Federal-Aid Policy. Originate state and federal fund allotments. Assign and maintain a uniform numbering system utilizing both card index and computer generated entries. I also ensure that state policies and procedures relative to state funds are enforced.

Secretary, Program Operations - Department of Transportation  (Dec97-Nov99)
Responsible for the proper filing of all documents into Federally Funded Projects handles by the Tennessee Department of Transportation Program Operations Division, which consisted of approximately 3500 active files. Maintained a Card Index of all projects, both open and closed. Ensured that completed projects were closed in a timely manner and placed on microfiche. Directed incoming phone calls on a relief basis.

Answered incoming phone calls from hospital pharmacies concerning their orders. Redirected shipment of shortages from other locations. Received via phone - complaints concerning over shipments, shortages, and damages.
